Mindful Courage ™ is a practice, a practice of leaning into vulnerability, to the unknown, to fear or anxiety, and embracing the process with resilience, hope, and optimism. The journey itself can be riddled with challenges, obstacles, setbacks, incremental growth, insight, and sometimes revelation. In short, mindful courage is walking uphill and into the unknown. Mindful Courage requires practice and support from others.
